I enjoyed that a lot, and your shuffles were great, the only problem I had was that the trick took a while to set up. I know it has to be impromptu, but I think that if it doesn't start till over halfway through that is a bit of an excessive setup.

I absolutely agree with you here. I would only ever perform this trick for a very focused and attentive audience.
