Default PayPal Fail

Has anyone else had problems with PayPal?
I recently added a bunch of items to my cart, and it was fine, but then the next day I tried to view my cart and it said "Sorry-- your last action could not be completed". I tried adding the products to my cart again, but I got the same message.
Can anyone help?

Hey Des,

Try another browser. PayPal tends to stress over people not completing their payment or cart within a particular amount of time because of security issues and cookies. Fortunately, the issue is more browser-related than account-related.

You could also try cleaning up the browser's cookies and cache though this might effect your entire browser experience unless you only look for PayPal specifics.

Hope that helps.

Thanks, it did.

I'm new, so I'm having all sorts of problems. I just downloaded Acid, but the video's not compatible with Windows Media Player. I tried it with Quick Time Player, but it couldn't play it either. Is there any way I can watch the video? I haven't downloaded the other ones yet, but I'm assuming I'll get the same message.

try using the VLC media player, which will work with just about anything. It can be found here:

And be sure you have downloaded the entire video (compare the file sizes on the product page). Your issues sound like you did not get the whole file or opened it before it was done loading, as our files are definitely QuickTime-compatible.

You could also try the Low Quality version in case your internet cannot hold up with such a long download.

If everything seems to fail, let us know. I suppose we could arrange getting a direct link to you.
