It's indeed once every four years, unless there is a reason for it to be any sooner. Looking at the past four years and the changes during this period, once a year would probably be too much though. And it is supposed to be the 29th of February, so in case it would be needed to have it sooner again, I suppose only videos uploaded on 12:00 AM in between the 28th of February and 1st of March might do.

i love the idea, i just wonder if i'll be able to see the next one... 4 years is a long time, and a lot of things can change.
