Is this trick sort of "heckler-proof". As in will it actually work if a guy randomly picks the first card of both decks (which let's face it would be difficult to be made the same card).

Don't worry, it is quite heckler-proof. Also, there is only one deck used when performing it (the chances don't shrink or increase when using the second deck though).
