I also like the Flash Change (El Cambio Nada), by Eric Jones. It's good when you want an off-deck change that's not (very) angly.

my favorite calor change of all times is the "ego change" its looks so cool and its super fast and really easy to master

My favorites I can do are a modified Erdnase (looks like Mark's, Hurrricane, Swipe, Winter, etc.), DL, Paintbrush, and Pughe's Pass. My favorites I can't do are Smooth and this one, by Helder Guimaraes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_640jHcNtIk

I always like that about cardini. And it's pretty beginner friendly as well. Cardini is my pick as well.
