the effect itself is nice, but it's hard to execute, as you need a bit of good patter to get the audience going with the flow, nice job on the performance, but fix your patter a bit

1) Try to find a reason to place the ace on top of the deck in the first place. Don't just place it on the deck and then take it off. That's a major cause for suspicion;
2) Don't dribble the cards after you have placed the selection face up. That clearly shows that either the 3 is gone or that it turned face down, which ruins the trick; 3) Same with #1 above, find a reason for you to place the Ace on top of the deck in order for the sw***h to happen after splitting the deck into multiple piles. That's another cause for suspicion. The concept is good, but requires a bit of fine-tuning. Maybe here's a good starting point: If you were the spectator watching this, what would you potentially think is a problem with the trick? Good luck on it! It's tough to make it better, but always worth it in the end

Hey, I pretty much agree with everything Albert said - you have a nice idea but with a lot of suspicious moves. Maybe try adjusting your patter to give reasons for doing what you do.

Nice work twizted! As always, the master, Albert, has hit the nail on the head with his advice. Take it all seriously and you can't go wrong. Really nice looking so far though and looking forward to seeing version 2.0
