Problem performing Magic - need some help

Hey guys. I have been doing magic for 8 years now and i still have this problem when im performing magic. When i perform infrom of many people or people i don't know my hands stat to shake and i seem to do everything faster and faster until i fail. I mean it's not that im used to perform i just still can't get trid ot that shaky part and no i am not vervous when im performing my hands are just shaking...

and tips for this little problem of miine ?
