Not so much a flash, but the handling can be a little better. The turnover was a bit too fast, so slow that down a bit if you can. Also, try not to go directly into the spread as soon as you cut the cards. That may be a give away on how it's done to more experienced magicians or those who are just good at perceiving minor details like that. However, I did like the patter of "if the machine isn't working, hit it until it does".

All in all, I recommend you retake it, but it's not such a major problem that laymen will find out how it's done.
