I am a 14 year old male magician from the planet of Canada, district of Ontario. I started magic at the age of 9, doing mostly card sleights, but then stopped after a few months.
Now, I'm doing magic again! I started again a month ago, and after practicing some sleights that I forgot again, I love magic all over again. I consider myself immediate, as I can do fairly complicated moves like the Elmsley count, the Hot Shot flourish, the Sybil Cut, one handed cut and shuffle, etc., but I can't do really complicated flourishes, nor can I palm without being really obvious.
I've come to this forum because I want to meet other people fond of magic. I'm working on an original trick currently, and I hope to show the community it!
EDIT: Also, I play Magic the Gathering. So the name of the site just sort of appealed itself to me.
